  • Egg white 6 Nos
  • Salt pinch
  • Sugar 2 Cups
  • Corn starch 2 Teaspoons
  • Vinegar 1 tsp 1 Tablespoons
  • Pecan nuts roughly chopped (any other nuts ) 2 tbs Summer fruits & berries-roughly chopped 1 Cups


Whip up the egg white with the salt and 1 cup sugar

Mix the remaining sugar with the cornstarch and add to the meringue whip up for 2 min

Fold the vinegar add the toasted pecan nuts

Pipe in a wet round cutter or ring 10 cm ? until the top remove the ring

Dip the ring again and pipe in

Repeat until no more mix

Set oven 100? C bake the pavlova 30 -40 min leaving it open a little

Increase the oven 140? C and bake for 10 more min
